I’m aware that lots of people eat a special diet for many reasons. Here I’ve collected all my recipes that are suitable for one or more special diets. Many of my recipes across the blog can be adapted. For example, my Homemade Nutty Granola can easily be made low carb by removing the raisins, so if you’re on a special diet do look at the other recipes and tweak them as you see fit.
I’m quite new to the world of special diets but this will definitely be a growing area on my blog in the future. Diets that I consider are gluten free, Whole 30, Low FODMAP, Paleo, vegan and low carb. Some of the low carb recipes are also keto but are not labelled as such.
