One of the things I love about summer is the variety of fruit available. I’m like a kid in a sweet shop when I visit the green grocer. This weekend we were visiting family, and I offered to take along a big fruit salad. I’ve scaled quantities down for the photo, but this is what I made. I decided to make a red and blue fruit salad but pretty much any combination of gorgeous, ripe fruit will work.
I love a dressing on my fruit salad. I think it wakes the flavours up. I either go for honey and lime or agave and orange blossom water. Today I went for the orange blossom water option but I’ve given instructions for both so you can choose.

Hi – no I just used regular honey, but I am sure that raw honey would work just fine!
