Almost as quick opening a bottle of ready-made dressing but so much nicer. This bright, fresh, pungent dressing will transform your salads and chicken.

Turmeric Lemon Yogurt Dressing

This turmeric lemon yogurt dressing tastes amazing. The combination of the fragrant, aromatic, almost dusty tasting spice, alongside the bright, fresh lemon works incredibly well.

It’s taken me a while to fall in love with turmeric. As a child I didn’t like the flavour at all and it became one of those spices that sat in my spice rack and slowly but surely went out of date. However, as evidence of its health benefits grew, I began adding it to more of my cooking. To be honest I’m still not quite at the turmeric latte stage, but this dressing is totally gorgeous. The zesty sharpness of the lemon alongside the pungent, earthy, golden spice works incredibly well.

Turmeric Lemon Yogurt Dressing

I like this drizzled over crisp romaine lettuce leaves or a mixed salad. It also works well over roast root veg, alongside poached chicken or as an addition to any savoury Indian dish.

Easy Summer Coleslaw. This fresh, light, summer coleslaw is a slaw that you will come back to again and again. Crunchy, but with none of the toughness of traditional coleslaw. The tangy lime dressing really makes the flavours sing.
