Gorgeous chocolate blueberry smoothie. Packed full of antioxidants and healthy fats to give you a perfect start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 75 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons slightly rounded cashew nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • teaspoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon agave or 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon natural vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure you don't add more of the cashew nut butter than the recipe states or this will muddy the flavour of the finished drink.
