Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed summer fruit cut into bite size pieces

For the honey lime option

  • 1 tablespoon honey*
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

For the agave orange blossom option

  • 1 tablespoon agave*
  • Scant ⅛ teaspoon orange blossom water

Instructions

  • Place the prepared fruit in a nice bowl.

For the honey lime option

  • Drizzle the honey and lime juice over the fruit and toss gently.

For the agave orange blossom option

  • Place the agave and orange blossom water in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle over the fruit and toss gently.
  • Serve with cream or ice cream if you wish.

Notes

*I like to heat my syrup in the microwave on the defrost setting for about five seconds as this makes it easier to toss through the salad.
